Concierge Primary Care members are taking a proactive approach to your health. You will receive ongoing health optimization and prescription management. A limited number of memberships are made available to ensure the highest possible quality of care for all members.

Concierge Primary Care is available to individuals and families. Adults must complete an Initial Health Consultation to qualify for the program. This ensures that our provider has a full medical history and evaluation in order to provide the best possible care.
